Each hinge is laser cut from 3/16" 304 stainless steel or CNC machined from 3/16" 6061 billet aluminum, giving you the choice between corrosion resistance and lightweight strength. Both options are double armed for superior sturdiness over competing hinges on the market.

Assembled with 3/8" stainless steel bolts, nylon washers, and low-profile jam nuts, these hinges are built tight from the ground up. Hole tolerances have been tightened to 3/8" to eliminate as much play as possible, ensuring smooth, precise movement every time.

Before You Install
Raw stainless hinges will require disassembly if you plan to paint them. Assembly requires time and planning as several components are included. We strongly recommend taking detailed photos before disassembling to make reassembly straightforward.

This is a great set of hinges! The motion of these hinges is outstanding and when used on a tilt bed floor they enable you to have a very tight tolerance at the header panel of the bed. They also enable you to have tight tolerances to the side of the bed due to their rigidity. The hinges are nicely laser cut and come with all necessary bushings and stainless hardware. All it takes is a couple welds to get them installed. Along with a great product, LS FAB has by far the best support of any shop or parts company that I’ve worked with.. I cant say enough positive things about these guys!
