About 60-66 GMC Chevy Truck Parts

The 1960-1966 Chevy and GMC trucks were GM’s first pickups built on a dedicated truck platform rather than a shared car chassis. Chevrolet marketed them as the C/K series; most restorers just say C10. The run covers everything from the first 1960 trucks through the last 1966 models before the Action Line redesign, and original parts for it get harder to source every year. Everything on this page is built for that cab and bed, so there is no universal-fitment guesswork.

Bead rolled sheet metal we make ourselves

The panels this generation needs most, formed in our shop:

  • Bead rolled firewalls, upper cowl fillers and toe board combos
  • Speaker brackets cut to the factory openings
  • Classic truck cup holders sized for the 60-66 dash
  • Stainless tailgate trunnion and hinge kits — see all our tailgate upgrades

Billet hardware

CVF billet hood hinges with 6-axis gap adjustment, so a hood that has been off the truck a dozen times during a build can be lined back up without pulling it again. Billet door handles and door panel trim finish the interior. Altman door latches cover both the 60-63 and 64-66 doors, which are not the same part.

Bolt-in upgrades

Nu-Relic power window kits, Custom Autosound radios for the 60-63 and 64-66 dash openings with matching kick panel speakers, United Pacific LED lighting, and the fuel filler charging port if the factory filler opening is being repurposed. Late trucks are worth checking twice: a 1966 is not always the same part as a 1960.

If this is not your era

This generation replaced the 1955-59 Task Force trucks and was replaced in turn by the 1967-72 Action Line C10. Some hardware carries across, but the cab panels do not.
