Description

The USA-740 gives a 1955–1959 Chevy or GMC pickup the classic dash face Custom Autosound is known for, with current electronics behind it. Bluetooth is built in and the microphone is included, so calls and music come off your phone with nothing showing.

Features

  • 300 watts peak power, with Hi 4-volt 4-channel RCA pre-outs and a subwoofer pre-out for additional amplifiers.
  • USB input plays MP3, WMA, FLAC and WAV files from a flash drive.
  • Front mini-jack and rear RCA auxiliary inputs for satellite radio, an iPod or any portable player.
  • AM/FM RDS tuner shows station, song and artist on the LCD display.
  • Selectable LCD colors with a dimmer, so the display can match your instrument cluster.
  • Full control of the optional CD-1 CD player.

How do I know it fits my truck?

This part is listed for 1955–1959 Chevy and GMC 3100, 3800 and Suburban. The full year, make and model list is in the Truck Compatibility tab on this page. If your truck has been modified, or you are between two of the year ranges we list, send us the year, make and model and we will confirm the fit before you order rather than after.

What if it is not right for the truck?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The part needs to come back new, uninstalled and in its original packaging - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Return shipping is at your cost, and we ask that returns come by Canada Post. Made-to-order, sale and clearance items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.

Can I install this myself?

It is designed for an at-home install. Read the fitment notes and the Installation tab on this page before you start for anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding, and where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked there.
