Custom Autosound builds these radios to drop into the stock dash of a 1973–1987 Chevy or GMC squarebody. The truck keeps its factory face and gains modern audio behind it.
USA-630
The USA-630 pairs modern audio with a classic car stereo look. It fits the stock dash with no modifications, and the bezel carries your manufacturer's logo and large OEM-style push-buttons to match the dash. A USB input plays MP3 and WMA files off a flash drive, and there's a dock for your iPod — connected, the digital display shows artist, song and album titles and lets you move through tracks from the radio itself. It's compatible with the optional BLUKIT for Bluetooth streaming and hands-free calls through the truck's speakers. 300 watts peak, four RCA pre-outs for optional amplifiers, plus auxiliary inputs for satellite radio, an iPhone or any portable player.
USA-740
The USA-740 carries the same classic look with Bluetooth built in and the microphone included. 300 watts peak power, Hi 4-volt 4-channel RCA pre-outs and a subwoofer pre-out for additional amplifiers. The USB input plays MP3, WMA, FLAC and WAV from a flash drive, and a front mini-jack plus rear RCA auxiliary input cover satellite radio, an iPod or any portable player. Selectable LCD colors and a dimmer let you match the instrument cluster, the AM/FM RDS tuner shows station, song and artist, and it fully controls the optional CD-1 CD player.

What if it is not right for the truck?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The part needs to come back new, uninstalled and in its original packaging - once a part has been trimmed or welded it cannot go back. Return shipping is at your cost, and we ask that returns come by Canada Post. Made-to-order, sale and clearance items are final sale. The full terms are on our returns page.
Can I install this myself?
It is designed for an at-home install. Read the fitment notes and the Installation tab on this page before you start for anything that needs drilling, trimming or welding, and where an installation guide or video exists for the part it is linked there.
